Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Noffi website, waitlist, and app. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Questions? Contact team@egyptianlabs.com.
1. Noffi and the waitlist
Noffi is an AI productivity companion for planning tasks, building routines, and focusing on what you want to get done. Joining the website waitlist is free and allows us to send launch and access updates. It does not create an app account, reserve a subscription, guarantee early access, or promise a release date. You can leave the waitlist by emailing team@egyptianlabs.com.
2. Using the service
Use Noffi lawfully and only provide information you are entitled to share. Do not submit someone else’s email without permission, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private information, or disrupt the service. You must meet the age requirements described in our Privacy Policy and applicable local law. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting access to it and keeping your account information accurate.
3. AI suggestions and your content
AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Review suggestions before applying them to your plan or relying on them. Noffi is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome. You retain rights to your tasks, messages, and other content. You give us permission to process that content as necessary to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that infringes others’ rights or that you are not authorized to share.
4. Device features
App blocking, voice input, notifications, and other device features depend on platform support, settings, permissions, and third-party services. You control the permissions you grant and the apps you choose to block. Review your choices, especially when you need access to essential communications or services. Features and availability may differ across devices.
5. Subscriptions
The website waitlist does not take payments. If you buy Noffi Pro in the app, the price, subscription period, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant app store before renewal. Deleting Noffi does not cancel a subscription. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through Apple or Google under their rules and applicable consumer law. We may change paid features or pricing with notice where required.
6. License and ownership
Noffi’s branding, illustrations, software, and other original content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but these terms do not transfer ownership of that material. Third-party app names and logos identify those services and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
When you download Noffi from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA governs your license to the iOS app. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA regarding that license, the Standard EULA takes precedence.
7. Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including waitlist submissions, app accounts, AI chat, and voice input. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review those when you use them.
8. Availability and termination
We work to keep Noffi available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, or restrict access for misuse or legal reasons. Where required, we will provide notice and honor applicable rights for paid services. You can stop using Noffi at any time and request deletion of your information by contacting us.
9. Your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every requirement or produce a specific result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits warranties, refunds, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute is subject to applicable law, including mandatory protections in your place of residence.
10. Changes and contact
